Emmanuel Kalabokas is the Vice Mayor of Public Health and Municipal Clinics, responsible for the Division of Municipal Clinics and Public Health, as described in the Internal Service Organisation of the City of Athens. When the Vice Mayor of Public Health and Municipal Clinics is absent or indisposed, he is substituted by Vice Mayor Mr. Nikolaos Vafiadis.

Manolis Kalabokas was born in 1982 in Athens, in the area of Ampelokipi, where he lives until today. He attended all grades at the Experimental School of the University of Athens and after passing the Greek national student examinations he enrolled at the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He speaks English and French and served his military service in the Greek Navy. He holds a PhD from the University of Athens and has an MSc in Health Services Management. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynaecology residency in 2014, and from 2014 to 2019 he specialised in Gynaecological Oncology, Laparoscopy and Colposcopy (BSCCP) at the Royal College of Obstetricians-Gynecologists (RCOG)
